Today is day three of my new, very serious (I swear this time) program and it is going great!!! I worked out the past two nights and I am loving the feeling of sore muscles today. I did a combination of a few things on the Wii Fit on Monday night. It was about 30 minutes long and I was not dying afterwards. I would say it was a light aerobic work out. Last night I received a copy of Just Dance 2 for the Wii and it was awesome. I did 10 songs that were any where from 3-4 minutes each. It was a really fun work out and not only am I am now obsessed with Bollywood style dancing but I found out that 4 minutes of that seriously kicked my ass.
I have also been tracking my points on Weight Watchers like it's my job. I know it has only been 3, well 2.5 days, but I am pumped. I hope you all are sticking to your plans as well. What are you doing to stay motivated?? I can use all the help I can get!
staying motivated by reminding myself of how good i feel after i workout and eat food that is not crap!
