I'm Back!
Hi Friends - So it has been a month since I have posted anything so I want to give you a quick update. I have been really trying to stick with doing some sort of work out at least 4 days a week. I'm not going to lie... on the weekends the only exercise that I do is walking to a bar or to Starbucks so 4 days is working for me for now. I have been hitting up the gym by my office which was going great. Then my knees started to hurt so I decided to do some pilates. That turned out horribly. Apparently doing a video pilates tape at home when you have never done it before is a really bad idea. I think I pulled a muscle in my lower back. It is not awesome. I am still in a little bit of pain and I am going to wait until tomorrow before I work out again. I have been trying to eat better and bring in lunch in so I will not be tempted to have a burger and fries for every lunch. That has been going really well so far and I am pretty proud of my self both because I am eating better and saving a ton of cash. I will update tomorrow on the sucess (hopefully!) of my work out. Failure Round 2
So I did not get around to working out yesterday or do anything physical besides walk home. Oh and I had chips and salsa for dinner. Soooo yeah - yesterday is a wash. Good start, bad ending. That seems to be my motto. It is so easy to eat right at work because I have planned ahead and even though I have good intentions for a tasty and low fat dinner those intentions usually go out the door once I get home. AKA total laziness. I just need to make stuff on Sunday and put it in the fridge or freezer. Is that so hard? No. Will I ever be motivated enough to do it?? Umm hopefully? I am going to make a healthy-ish dinner tonight. Either turkey tacos or turkey burgers. I am still trying to decide. I am not going to pretend that I am going to try and work out today. My work out buddy - T - is off and I have to do laundry which means 4 flights of stairs to the laundry room. That is kind of a work out right??

Failure
Ok - so massive work out failure. I went to change and realised that I did not pack workout pants or shorts. Am now leaving work and will try to do an OnDemand work out routine on cable. Wish me luck round 2.
OMG - Who is that fat chick in my dress???
