So - I have the cutest cat. We will call him Kitten Mittens to protect his identity haha. Any KM has been coughing for the past few days but I assumed it was just a hairball. On Tue night when I got home he seemed super pumped to see me and was being normal. I was having issues with DVD player not playing the Body by Bethanny DVD and my Play Station was not hooked up so I decided to just do some Wii Fit. I was getting my fitness on for a few minutes when he started to cough like crazy so I called the vet, described his symptoms and they told me to bring him in. Long story short.... I got super bad news - he had to stay the night in a kitty oxygen tent - the next day another (better Dr.) diagnosed him correctly and he came home last night. He has asthma and is on meds.
So no real work out on Tue and last night after picking him up, I was super exhausted and I just wanted to relax with Kitten Mittens on the couch.
I do have some good news though! I did not turn in to a hot mess emotional eater and I stayed on track with my WW and I did not go over my points. Yay! That just goes to show you that you can survive an emotional and stressful time with out eating your face off. Hopefully I will be able to remember the last two days next time something bad happens and I want to eat pints of Ben & Jerry's.
Tonight I will not only stay on my WW points track but I will absolutely do at least 30 minutes of working on my fitness. What exercises are you all going to do tonight?
