I'm Back!
Hi Friends - So it has been a month since I have posted anything so I want to give you a quick update. I have been really trying to stick with doing some sort of work out at least 4 days a week. I'm not going to lie... on the weekends the only exercise that I do is walking to a bar or to Starbucks so 4 days is working for me for now. I have been hitting up the gym by my office which was going great. Then my knees started to hurt so I decided to do some pilates. That turned out horribly. Apparently doing a video pilates tape at home when you have never done it before is a really bad idea. I think I pulled a muscle in my lower back. It is not awesome. I am still in a little bit of pain and I am going to wait until tomorrow before I work out again. I have been trying to eat better and bring in lunch in so I will not be tempted to have a burger and fries for every lunch. That has been going really well so far and I am pretty proud of my self both because I am eating better and saving a ton of cash. I will update tomorrow on the sucess (hopefully!) of my work out. Ta ta -
